Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If not, we will refund the price of goods returned within 30 days, provided your item is unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate health and personal care items cannot be returned and are exempt from our returns policy.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

To complete your return, please contact us at within 30 days of your purchase. Please quote the order number that can be found on your email receipt as we require this for proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may only be eligible for a partial refund, if at all applicable. If your item does not meet the criteria for a partial or full refund, we cannot send the item back to you, so please make sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will only be refunded at the price paid for them, not at their full original price. Sale items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide a printable returns form and shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. In particular, you have rights to return goods that are faulty (meaning not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described) in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where different time periods may in some circumstances apply.
